Our Coffee

Hand planted, hand picked, hand processed, and finally hand roasted... our producer partners at Finca Del Cerro in Honduras and Finca Idealista in Nicaragua work tirelessly to ensure a quality selection of raw green coffee beans.  This coffee is then shipped directly from their farms to our facility in Washington DC where we use precision roasting techniques to bring out the diverse flavor profiles in each variety.  

Our Dark Roast creates a smooth and chocolatey cup of Cam’s Kettle Cold Brew and the fruit-forward Light Roast brews a bright and sweet Olive Wood Pour Over.  We offer 2 coffee varieties for retail sale at our farmers market locations and our online store; Lempira and Parainema, both renowned for their complex flavors and drinkability.”
